B&B « Di verde d’azzurro » is a private home with 3 rooms available. The kitchen is at exclusive use for the owners to make breakfast.

Timesheet for arrivals and departures.

B&B is a family-run structure we can’t offer h24 reception like big hotels. We ask our guests to observe the following timesheets.
These timesheets can be agreed with the owners for a practical and comfortable reception:

Arrivals: from 5pm to 7pm
Departures: before 11am.

At the arrival the guests must give a valid ID, so we can register your stay according to the measures given by the law.
It is forbidden to welcome any additional guests if they don’t have their IDs registered and without the owner’s agreement.

Animals are not allowed.

Price

Master bedroom Antares: from 120 € per night according to season.
Master bedroom Mirfak: from 120 € per night according to season.
French bedroom Vega: from 90€ per night according to season.
Every payment in the structure must be in cash. For now, the B&B can’t accept credit cards or checks.

Price include room stay with bathroom with toilet and bidet, fridge, Wi-Fi, smart tv, satellite, safety box, air-conditioning and USB ports.

Bed sheets change is provided for 7 nights stays. Bathroom linen change is provided for 3 nights stays, starting the 4th day.
On request the bed sheets change is invoiced at 10€ per person, and the bathroom linen change is invoiced at 5€ per person.

Eco responsible holiday:

water is a precious asset; we ask you not to waste it.
The convector heater has a thermostat which allows to regulate the room temperature.
We have drastically reduced the usage of plastic. We have removed one-use soap; we only use refillable packages. On the outside our guests can use the waste sorting bins, if you have any doubts about the waste sorting you can ask us to help you.

Rooms clean-up
Daily clean-up is done from 10:30am. If the room is not available for clean-up within these hours, we’ll not proceed to the room cleaning.

Booking and payments
Our guests can book their stay with us by contacting us directly by email, if so a 30% deposit is asked, and your stay will be confirmed when the credit transfer is received. A cash settlement for the total bill can be done at your arrival or someday in advance by credit transfer. Refunds are possible (except personal expenses) if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Afterwards this date no refunds will be possible.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. It’s a typical Italian breakfast, with only local products. In case of allergies or specific needs we ask you to inform us upon your reservation.

Restrictions
It is strictly forbidden to smoke within the rooms and every common space inside the B&B.
It is strictly forbidden to throw away cigarette’s butts or any other kind of waste in the garden, ashtrays and trash bins are at your disposal.
Throwing in the toilet materials such as hygiene products or any kind of products beside toilet paper is prohibited.
Any inappropriate attire or attitude which can insult or harm others in the structure is banned.

Travelers obligations
Our guests are asked to refund any damaged caused to the B&B for an inappropriate use of the structure facilities.

Our travelers must avoid any loud noise between 11pm and 8am.
In every circumstance our guests must assure an appropriate and respectful attitude which doesn’t harm others tranquility.
Our guests are asked to turn off the lights, the television, the air-conditioning and any other electrical consuming equipment when not present in the rooms, our staff reserves the right to enter your room to turn off any lighted equipment.

Recommendations
We advise our guests to ensure their private belongings, the structure doesn’t take responsibility for your belongings care. Every room is equipped with a code safety box. We also recommend locking up your room if you’re absent.
You’ll also have to take care of the room keys and the gate remote controller which must be returned at your departure. Eventual key and/or gate remote controller loss or breakage will lead to a 50€ fee.
